How does scheduling and telehealth work?
Your calendar holds in-person and online sessions side by side. Clients get reminder emails, and video sessions run in the portal's own telehealth rooms — no separate video subscription, no sending meeting links by hand. When a session is due, you and your client simply arrive.
How are clinical notes handled?
Notes are typed, structured and private. Choose SOAP, DAP, BIRP or free-form section layouts, save drafts mid-thought, and finalise when you're ready. Every note is encrypted, and every time anyone opens one, that access is recorded in an audit log. What is said in the room stays in the room — by design, not by promise.
What does billing look like?
Invoices and session packages are prepared as you work, and clients who claim through insurance can be handed an insurance-ready superbill. The end of the month stops being a paperwork evening.
What do clients see?
Clients get their own portal: upcoming appointments, homework you've assigned, resources you've shared from your library, and any surveys you send. It's the professional front door your practice deserves, without you building a website.
Can I measure how therapy is going?

What about my team?
