How we scored this. We make The Practitioner Portal, so we've been deliberately strict: where a competitor matches us, it's marked green. Partial means the capability exists but in a limited, regional or paid-add-on form. Every call was checked against each provider's own published pages in July 2026 — capabilities and pricing change, so verify the current detail with each provider before you decide. Notably, that last row is green for everyone: 1:1 telehealth is now included by every major platform.
The honest version
If you run a multi-disciplinary clinic — physiotherapy next to massage next to counselling — a broad platform like Jane, Cliniko or WriteUpp will fit you better, and we'll happily say so. WriteUpp in particular is genuinely UK-native and ISO 27001-certified, and Jane has a superb booking experience with the widest native survey and outcome-measure coverage of anyone.
Where we win is depth for one profession. Everything is shaped around how talking-therapy practices actually work: session notes in the structures therapists use (SOAP, DAP, BIRP), homework and resource sharing, client surveys, and a client portal — all in a single price, with UK data-protection tooling built in rather than bolted on, and no AI quietly reading your notes.
